Codinachs Architects was created by myself in 1979 in Barcelona.After more then 35 years of experience, through hard work and fresh design ideas, we have covered areas such as South East Asia, Middle East, and the Caribbean where we have collaborated with the main developers in the market.Our featured projects are located in China, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Indonesia, Dubai and Morocco.Our design expertise covers master plan design, architecture design including luxury hotels and resorts, residential high-rise and low-rise, mixed use projects and last but not least landmark projects and sport facilities. This is Marcià Codinachs, Chairman in Codinachs Architects. I have to express my emotional approach to a already close 40 years experience as an architect. Beside my first experience in Barcelona, 35 years designing for highly reputed developers around Asia. Deep contact with the client is our goal-Weekly workshops meetings with our architects esrablish in diferent Asia cities-Me, and my GM Eugenia Codinachs, personally traveling every 45 days around all the clients in Asia, and leading workshops and presentations-Teleconferences with team in Barcelona. We have local designers associated in the majors cities in Asia.
