Has latitude for independent actions within the framework of the policies and procedures for Goodwill Industries. • Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to optimize administrative processes that support the organization\'s goals and objectives.• Leverage a strategic mindset and executive experience to inspire and shape the direction of Goodwill’s mission-driven people-focused efforts. • Create and drive a culture of performance, results, and positive intercompany relations focused on fulfilling the organization’s mission, vision, and values.• Act as an advisor and partner to senior leadership with regards to organizational design, leadership, change management, DE & I efforts, employee engagement, and information technology systems.• Collaborate with senior leadership to align business requirements with employee training and learning objectives that will support talent development, succession planning, and move the agency towards meeting strategic goals.• Develop and execute progressive and innovative talent and human capital strategies that are in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization.
