Hendrik specializes in large and complex transformation, M&A and carve-out programs for more than a decade. He advises large corporations as well as midsize businesses and financial investors across industries to close their transactions and realize the full value-potential. Hendrik closed numerous M&A and carve-out transactions with focus on managing the overall transaction, developing the equity story, financial & strategic planning, refinancing, carve-out preparations, ensuring day-1/stand-alone readiness as well as TSA/SPA negotiations. Prior to joining AlixPartners, he was member of the management team of Roland Berger and Deloitte. Hendrik studied business administration at Munich School of Management and has a PhD in entrepreneurial finance from Georg-August University in Göttingen, Germany.
