Provide support to over educator members on issues involving pedagogical best practices & research in teaching and learning-Serve as Staff Leader of PSEA’s Task Force on Artificial Intelligence -Direct the over member Student PSEA Aspiring Pre-Service Educators (collegiate) Program -Direct the Pennsylvania Educators Rising Program for (high school) students and serve as State Regional Coordinator for PA Educators Rising-Created, helped build, & maintain PSEA\'s Center for Professional Learning, including PEARL (PSEA\'s asynchronous Professional Leaning Platform), live webinars, book discussions, & Micro credentials as well as post-secondary partnerships with Penn West University, & more -Direct PSEA\'s New & Early Career Educators Platform, including postgraduate credit, professional learning programs, & more for new N & ECEs -Have developed and delivered hundreds of professional development courses & keynote presentations for educators, both in-person & online, to thousands of educators across the state & country-Revitalized & revamped the Student PSEA Program while serving as the national award-winning statewide Program Director to the pre-professional educator program-Reconfigured & Directed PSEA’s Regional Continuing Professional Education (RCPE) Program-Served as the PSEA Site Based Management & Professional Learning Coach for the York City SD-Direct the Professional Issues School in PSEA\'s annual Gettysburg Leadership & Professional Development Conference in Gettysburg, PA-Chair PSEA Scholarship Board of Trustees- Developed & led numerous district professional development initiatives with numerous PA school districts- Led the design and implementation of PSEA’s Strategic Plan by developing the qualitative research component; analyzed over 283 pages of member discourse in compiling data for plan’s formulation- Served on NEA’s “Early Career Educator Design Team”
