Have delivered hundreds of professional development sessions to thousands of educators across the state- Revitalized and revamped the Student PSEA Program while serving as the national award-winning statewide Program Director to the pre-professional educator program- Reconfigured PSEA’s Regional Continuing Professional Education (RCPE) Program while serving as its Director- Served as the PSEA Site Based Management and Professional Learning Coach for the York City SD- Direct the Professional Issues School in PSEA\'s annual Gettysburg Leadership and Professional Development Conference in Gettysburg, PA- Chair the PSEA Scholarship Board of Trustees- Developed and have led or am in process of leading district professional development in-service initiatives with numerous school districts across PA- Led the design and implementation of PSEA’s Strategic Plan by developing the qualitative research component; analyzed over 283 pages of member discourse in compiling data for plan’s formulation- Served on NEA’s “Early Career Educator Design Team” comprised of of NEA leaders & National Network of State Teachers of the Year (NNSToY) members
