ABOUT CHARLES WORRALL
As the Hospital Change Manager at Nuffield Health Staffordshire Hospital and Nuffield Health Warwickshire Hospital, my role is to create and implement change management strategies that maximize employee adoption and usage of new processes and systems. Working as part of the hospital team and alongside other Hospital Change Managers, our goal is to implement and embed change programmes within our hospitals and, at times, Wellbeing Centres. Our aim is to enable continuous learning and improvement through delivering change management and ensuring the successful adoption of new systems and processes across Nuffield Health. Alongside my work at Nuffield Health, I have recently completed my Creative Writing PhD at University of Chester, specialising in LGBTQIA+ representation and the role of social media in young adult literature.
