As part of my responsibilities, I train contract researchers on CUBE research processes, data entry protocols, and data quality standards to ensure consistency and accuracy across all outputs. I supervise their work through regular weekly meetings, closely monitoring both working hours and data quality, while providing coaching to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of their contributions. I also offer guidance on research methodologies and keep abreast of legal and regulatory developments in assigned countries and sectors, assessing their implications for businesses. In addition, I focus on building strong, positive relationships with contract researchers to foster engagement and improve retention.
