Serving as the Senior Vice President, Studio Services, Energy and Engineering and Facility Operations at Paramount Pictures, Mr. Rheinheimer focus of responsibilities is to provide tactical and strategic leadership to operate a 62-acre campus with 120 buildings as efficient as possible during his 15-year tenure. He has successfully implemented a 10-year+ Long Range Energy plan that continues today, that has lowered CO2e Scope 1 and 2 emissions by over 70% since 2009.With over 25 years of experience in electrical engineering, process controls, project management, food processing and strategic infrastructure in industrial and commercial environments, he has thrived in the continuous efficiency applications and operations.Prior to his current position, Mr. Rheinheimer served as principal electrical and process controls engineer, as well as new technology lead for H.J. Heinz (26) North American food processing facilities. Previous to H.J. Heinz, his tenured career at Nestle and Dupont provided an environment to strive for top efficiencies in the world utilizing state of the art process controls, electrical distribution, green field facility build outs, brown field enhancements, hydrogen plant, steam and power sources, waste water treatment, co-generation, reverse osmosis, microgrids and numerous applications in the electrical and mechanical realm. Mr. Rheinheimer holds a professional engineering license from the State of California and a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from Purdue University.
