My professional focus currently and this last year, centers around preparing Paramount International and Acquired content artwork for distribution to our Latin American partners. We regularly onboard new partners, first manually creating artwork to spec, with the cleanest photoshop edits on key artwork. We have monthly schedules of content to process, changes/additions/deletions happen daily or weekly, and we are usually onboarding one or more partners during any given month. As partners begin to regularly schedule content for distribution, our goals include streamlining and automating how we provide artwork. By using key art and graphics, we manually create layers within Photoshop which once ingested to our system (through OpenText), can be “dynamically” layered through work order submission.• Create Avails and send to DTO Partners for the purpose of scheduling/opening orders for upcoming content to be delivered• Review and update metadata for accuracy, stitch corresponding video files, and deliver to Partners• Request, create, and/or make Photoshop revisions to Poster Art for delivery to client via OpenText or other methods• Ad hoc research, reconciliation, file creation projects from VP and Sr. Director as new deals are signed
