Oversee the creation of the organization’s standard processes that deliver solutions to state and federal customers.• Coordinate the effort of a high-performance team of Directors, Project Managers, and senior process engineers working with stakeholders throughout the program’s entire lifecycle and driving continuous improvement.• Liaise with the executive leadership teams to identify, resolve and mitigate portfolio and project issues and risks.• Spearheaded utilizing cutting-edge, contemporary analytics and other qualitative problem-solving strategies to analyze opportunities, devise solutions, implement changes, and track results; improve organizational performance by aligning Key Performance Indicators with industry best practices.• Direct the execution of strategies to streamline program estimation, staffing, schedules, and resource management operation; manage capacity and utilization resource planning by supervising staff hiring, including external such as contractors, consultants, and vendors.
