From hardware to hybrid cloud, and from local data centers to global fintech platforms, my 20+ year journey in engineering has been about building, scaling, and leading technology that drives business impact.I am an Engineering Manager at Nubank, leading Platform Engineering teams including DevOps, Observability, and product-focused engineers across Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia. My focus is on turning infrastructure into products, optimizing AWS and hybrid environments, and ensuring security and compliance in regulated markets, while empowering distributed teams across Latin America and Europe.Since joining Nubank, I have been an active part of its hypergrowth journey: from 20 million customers with only 3 products to 120 million customers with more than 45 solutions. I also helped drive the company’s international expansion into Mexico and Colombia and contributed to the preparation and execution of its IPO.
