Mr. Parker is a transportation systems engineer and planner, with professional technical advisory experience dating back to 1984, specializing in supporting the effective deployment of operations-driven advanced technology.His career has involved extensive practical work in program development, funding, design, procurement, implementation assistance, operations/maintenance and adapting client organization/procedures to get the best value. It has also involved supporting deployment of the offerings from numerous major advanced technology vendors. He has been involved with numerous planning, research and evaluation efforts including regional deployment program development, architectures, and evaluations.With CUTA, he is currently on the Board of Directors and on the Executive for the Business Members Committee. And he actively participates in Committee work with several other industry associations such as EMC, OPTA, and APTA.
