At IBM, I’ve worked on client projects in the Health AI and personalized healthcare space, with a role that shifts between Data Scientist, ML Engineer, and technical consultant. I’ve contributed to the development of clinically regulated AI systems — delivering production-grade solutions with a focus on robustness, compliance, and real-world usability.My work spans the full AI pipeline: from ingesting and processing complex medical data — including structured records, continuous sensor streams, patient diaries, and handwritten notes — to implementing and fine-tuning algorithms for personalized health insights and sensor-driven predictions. I’ve built microservices to serve these models in production, with strict input/output validation and robust fail-safes. Alongside this, I’ve also contributed to generative AI components for automating clinical data analysis and labeling, gaining exposure to emerging large-model applications in the healthcare domain.On the engineering side, I’ve implemented modular, fault-tolerant microservices in Python, exposed via REST APIs. Codebases follow the highest standards of quality, with comprehensive testing at all levels — including unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end pipelines — all enforced through CI/CD workflows, GitHub Actions, dependency tracking, pre-commit hooks, and automated QA. Projects operate in highly regulated environments, requiring auditability, traceability, and fail-safe behavior by design.In parallel, I’ve supported client-facing workstreams — helping draft technical proposals, align AI use cases with business goals, and shape delivery strategies in the digital health space.
