I lead business innovation and transformation in order to commercialize Pfizer’s product portfolio on the Polish market (sales, marketing, medical affairs, health economics, pricing & reimbursement, government affairs). I manage an organization of 350 employees in Poland.I drive our organization’s culture change with focus on diversity, patient needs and innovation, working to build an environment of tolerance and respect for diversity. I was elected Co-Chair of the Diversity and Inclusion Council in Europe.
