ABOUT DONNIE TURCHIN

I\'m a Senior Manager in Riot\'s Strategic Advisory discipline supporting Riot’s CTO and his leads across the Platforms & Technology group. My team and I help leaders make high-quality, data-informed decisions, to best support players and Rioters.During my time at Riot, I\'ve supported efforts to go “all-in-on-cloud,” make games globally, and optimize tech infrastructure. Prior to my role in Strategic Advisory, I was a Communication Manager supporting Riot’s D&I efforts and helping launch change management capabilities to support the company’s ongoing change initiatives. Before joining Riot, I spent over eight years in consulting with both Deloitte and Accenture supporting some of the world\'s largest companies. I traveled around the world helping clients build and adopt new technologies. This experience taught me the importance of having a global perspective, which is something I bring to work every day when supporting players and Rioters all over the world.Outside of work, I try to challenge myself both physically and mentally. I enjoy spending time with my significant other and our two dogs, cooking, hiking, relaxing with friends, and making candles. You can find me playing Roller Coaster Tycoon Classic on my phone or embarrassing myself Top Lane in League of Legends as I keep trying to “make Kayle happen.”
