ABOUT DONNA SANDHAM ASSOC

I am an engaging training specialist with eight years of experience as an operational people manager. I am passionate about developing people, coaching others and creating a culture of learning. Learning and Development Skills:Training Design – I am innovative and creative, able to design content that is interactive, credible, engaging and fit for purpose.Versatility and Flexibility – I am comfortable working in fast-paced, quick changing environments. I have managed several projects using my excellent organisation skills to prioritise tasks and achieve deadlines. Training Delivery and Facilitation – I am a confident presenter, comfortable deliverying to large groups and senior managers. I can create appealing presentations and support 1:1 training. I utilise a variety of facilitation methods including action learning sets to achieve learning outcomes.Training Evaluation – I regularly review learning content to ensure it is fit for purpose and continues to align to the business strategy. I produce training evaluation reports with ease. Developing digital/ e-learning content – I use digital tools to create relevant and interesting learning content, allowing for learners to learn in a way that fits their role and learning preference.Communication – I have strong communication skills and engage with others easily, adapting my style to suit all levels. I create written communications which drive engagement and interest in training solutions.
