I am a senior living solutionist with a career devoted to helping older adults and their families navigate moments of transition with clarity, compassion, and confidence. My background spans senior living sales, hospice partnerships, community outreach, caregiver support, and health equity, giving me a holistic understanding of the emotional, clinical, and operational realities that shape the aging journey.I have supported approximately thirty five senior living communities across the region through roles that strengthened referral pathways, elevated family engagement, and deepened collaboration with hospitals, hospice teams, care managers, and community partners. I specialize in building trust quickly, translating complex decisions into guided next steps, and helping families feel seen, supported, and understood.My work has also included significant contributions to caregiver advocacy and community health through the DC Department of Health Places of Worship Advisory Board, the Mosaic Forum Board, and the Ward Seven and Eight Caregiver Coalition. These experiences continue to influence how I approach access, equity, and the lived experiences of aging adults.At the heart of everything I do as a leader is a desire to make people feel seen, supported, and guided. Whether collaborating with a family, building a partnership, supporting a team, or expanding organizational visibility, I bring the same commitment: to elevate the human experience behind every interaction and every choice by prioritizing the relationships, communication, and coordination that make quality connections not just possible, but a priority.
