As a Director of Community Relations I am responsible for building relationships with healthcare providers and the communities we serve. The role includes but is not limited to maintaining and exceeding occupancy growth goals. Additionally, I work closely with Regional and Community level directors to execute quarterly/yearly marketing events, outreach programs, and continued external business development. I act as a liaison between the facility, medical professionals, and the greater community at large. Management of the CRM to successfully convert new leads and referrals resulting in occupancy growth is one of my daily responsibilities. In 2024 I achieved a 15.5% growth in Spot Occupancy and was recognized as a top performing sales director in the company.
