Construction Project Executive in charge of structural concrete mega-projects including high-rise development; large podium, mixed-use properties; residential multi-unit facilities and educational & institutional construction. Daily managing project teams of 5-15 diverse professionals - staff, vendors, subcontractors and owner representations to deliver projects ranging from $10-$75M in revenue each. Management responsibilities broadly cover pre-construction, design support, budget & schedule management, site logistics, corporate asset & cash flow management, monthly projections/forecasting responsibilities and close-out efforts. Total annual project portfolio management in excess of $100M.
