Oversight of multiple projects. Tasks include developing and maintaining job schedules, managing subcontractors, billings, maintaining job budgets, initiating purchase orders and subcontracts, and managing change orders, RFI\'s and design documents. Ensure all assigned tasks are completed on time by communicating with owners, general contractors, vendors, subcontractors, project engineers, inspectors, superintendents and office personnel.
