Over the last two years, I’ve been deeply involved in leveraging LLMs and agentic automation tools, such as n8n, to reimagine existing workflows and introduce new, intelligent layers of efficiency and value.Beyond leadership and innovation, I stay hands-on where it matters; whether it\'s sourcing high-demand talent, refining candidate experience, or ensuring that our processes meet the expectations of a modern, global workforce.My passion lies in modern Talent Acquisition; especially in scaling TA functions, optimizing HR processes, and driving digital transformation within complex, international environments.
