Individual with a passion for people. Looking after all HR functions and the teams Mental Health First Aider. My previous responsibilities involved administration, HR, social media management duties, including blog/copywriting. Specialises in working with start-up Culture and SME companies, supporting all functions of the office and working alongside CEOs and Directors. Demonstrated history of working in the Staffing and Recruiting industry as well as Bridal/Retail. Other skills include Customer Service, Compliance, Communication, Interviewing, Talent Acquisition, Account Management and Xero. Adaptable professional with a Bachelor of Arts - BA 1st Class focused in Media Performance from the University of Bedfordshire. Units included performance for screen and stage, tv presenting, performance management and working with children in education. Previous employment includes working as a Graduate teacher of Drama and English with experience of Training, Teaching and Learning & Development of children, young adults and team members. Recently completed my Mental Health First Aid course to support those around me inside and outside of the workplace and passed my CIPD Level 5 in People Management in May 2024!
