ABOUT DOMINIQUE GAGNIER
In my current position as Associate Director of Career Development at Salve Regina University, I oversee the career coaching and development for students and alumni. I have 8+ years of experience in higher education and career development, and have a Master of Science in Higher Education and Student Affairs Administration from Canisius University.One of my responsibilities includes planning, facilitating, and evaluating a for-credit career course/workshop for Sophomores. This course is a part of Salve’s core curriculum and provides students with equal access to career education and development. In addition, I develop and deliver targeted workshops and presentations, facilitate individual and group career coaching sessions, and am trained in providing Strengths Profile assessment debriefs. I am passionate about preparing and empowering students to discover and pursue opportunities with knowledge and confidence.
