Direct the life cycle of recruiting talent for key business initiatives from requisition creation through interviewing, hire, and onboarding, with a metric of filling key roles within 30 days. • Partner with leaders in the creation and hiring of a brand new team of 20 employees and office location for the company’s top initiative; report to Executive-level leadership.• Lead the annual talent planning and semi-annual review processes, ensuring all hiring managers are educated on procedure and that timelines are being met with 100% completion.• Create and implement training materials on the hiring and onboarding process for hiring managers and to standardize a 2-week onboarding among US locations. • Originate and administer human resources plans, program frameworks, and procedures for all company personnel and deliver according to project timelines.• Serve as the point of contact for up to 80 employees, maintaining internal records and making efforts to foster a positive company culture and experience.
