I am a Chartered Engineer (CEng) with the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) and have been working primarily within the rail sector and in the energy sector working for a D&B contractor on BESS schemes. However I have recently joined Aegis Energy to help Accelerate the Decarbonisation of Commercial Vehicles.I have extensive experience in delivering projects to programme and budget, either as a designer or leading and overseeing design teams (multi-disciplinary).I also have a multitude of experience in developing high performing teams, engaging and supporting clients and their requirements and with tendering & work winning.I have regularly undertaken the role of Contractor\'s Responsible Engineer (Design) and informally look after coordination and integration on multi-disciplinary basis, however I have never formally held the role of Contractor\'s Engineering Manager (Design), although this is a role I would be open to gaining experience in.
