I lead team management, client strategy and relationships, as well as the vision, strategy, and goal-setting for our team. We\'re focused on collaborating with the Texas Education Agency(TEA) to develop trainings to support Texas Education Service Centers(ESC\'s) with implementing Research-Based Instructional Strategies(RBIS) in Math, Reading Language Arts, Pre-Kindergarten, Science, and Social Studies. In a nutshell, we\'re supporting teams across Texas to train and support districts in adopting rigorous practices to advance educational equity for all Texas students. I fully lead the vision and strategy of the project through cultivating a team culture, leading team strategy, and becoming the trusted advisor to our TEA clients.To date, the impact has been:*Led a team of 13 TNTP staff members to train and develop over 334 certified RBIS trainers across the state of Texas. These trainers have directly trained over 3,200 teachers and/or administrators across the state. and counting.*These trainers have used the training and coaching support we\'ve provided to train over 210 districts in Texas in the RBIS.*The trainings have been very positively received, achieving a Net Promoter Score average of 80.77.*Based on these trainings, districts which impact over students state-wide have created instructional visions rooted in the research of best practices, leading to more students having access to equitable and rigorous daily grade-level content.*Our client has given our team a Net Promoter Score of a 10/10, reflecting a high degree of satisfaction with our work and impact on a $5MM contract.*Led team in piloting the Pre-K RBIS trainings, a set of trainings to stamp research-based instruction in early childhood education. The Pre-K RBIS pilot earned a Net Promoter Score of 87.93
