I do not just oversee programmes; I engineer the support services required to deliver them. I integrate financial controls, supply chain logistics, and personnel management into unified structures that can withstand shock while meeting margin targets.As Founder of Solas Logistics, I didn\'t just manage a fleet; I attacked variable costs.
