ABOUT DAVID LYNAM
I’m the founder and Managing Director of Kaizen Ticketing, we build software that football clubs use to sell tickets and merchandise to their fans. More than 130 clubs across the English football pyramid have worked with us over the last 11 years. We are building a platform that will be used at the very top level of the game and helping as many clubs as possible along the way.Our work has been recognised through various awards. In 2024 we picked up 7 awards in categories ranging from ticketing and football industry, technology and business. Most notably we were highly commended at The Lloyds British Business Excellence Awards. In 2025 we have received awards for our match day technology, technical support and I have been shortlisted for Technology Entrepreneur of the year at the Great British Entrepreneur Awards in November.I am the author of All Ticket: A practical guide to ticketing success. The book is an international bestseller, charting in the top 10 in Canada, Australia and UK on Amazon.I have a long history of working in football & ticketing. Prior to starting Kaizen in 2014, I had worked in ticketing roles in venues, agencies, governing bodies and football clubs. I always thought the systems we used should be better, so I decided to do something about it!I am based in London.
