ABOUT PAUL STROMBERG

As a Sr. Instructor Manager at General Assembly, I have developed a passion and skill for cross-functional team and project management. I currently oversee the recruitment, training, and development of instructors for our online and on-campus data courses. I have more than a decade of experience in education, from teaching history and debate at the high school level to managing tutoring programs and graduate assistants at Loyola University Chicago. My mission is to empower people with the skills, knowledge, and confidence they need to succeed in the digital economy. I have a master\'s degree in cultural and educational policy and am proficient in Spanish. I am also passionate about youth mentoring, educational leadership, and social justice, and I have received multiple grants and scholarships for my academic excellence and community involvement.
