About MeI’m a Technical Product Manager and former CTO, but at my core, I’m still an engineer. I started my career deep in full-stack development and gradually moved into product leadership.For me, product management is all about translation: taking incredibly complex, heavy-duty technology—whether that’s Web3 infrastructure, FinTech payment flows, or emerging AI tools—and turning it into intuitive products that actually drive revenue. I like to balance big-picture strategy with a very analytical, risk-aware approach to make sure what we build is scalable and sustainable. What I’ve Built & Led• Currently at Xsolla (Web3 TPM): I’m driving our Web3 product strategy. My day-to-day involves figuring out how to seamlessly integrate L2 infrastructure (like Matter Labs) and smart wallets. I own the process from end to end—writing the PRDs/TDDs, aligning different teams, and actually getting mini-apps and wallets out the door.• FinTech & Gaming (3thix): As Engineering Lead, I helped build an all-in-one gaming wallet. The goal was to hide all the messy blockchain complexity from the players. We focused heavily on the platform architecture so users could easily pay with credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and standard fiat.• CTO & Protocol Architecture (X.LA): I was a Founding Member and CTO here. My team (13 fantastic developers and product folks) and I built a decentralized protocol that allowed creators to actually monetize their IP in the metaverse using revenue-sharing smart contracts.• My Engineering Roots: I don’t just manage products; I know how they are built. When I led the full-stack development for the Xsolla Game Investment Platform, I was hands-on with Golang, React, GCP, Kubernetes, and RabbitMQ.• Crypto and AI Native: I’m always at the edge of tech and it still keeps me exited.
