CARE CRIME MAGISTRATES COURT DIRECT ACCESS AIDFamily - Public Law:I act for both the Local Authority and parents in public law family matters including interim removal hearings and contested final hearings. I have experience in drafting the associated written work including court orders, case summaries, opinions and threshold documents. Family -Private Law:I regularly represent parents in private law proceedings, including applications for child arrangement orders, prohibited steps orders, non-molestation orders and occupation orders. Crime:I have a wealth of experience in preparing cases and advocacy in the Criminal Courts, especially in the Magistrates court. Being a qualified police station representative and duty solicitor, I have represented clients for a wide range of offences, including serious sex offences, drugs, assault and theft.I now act for both the prosecution and the defence across a broad spectrum of criminal matters in both the Magistrates Court and the Crown Court. I am currently a Level 2 CPS Panel Advocate.
