My role involves providing exceptional service and proactive nature to ensure clients are maximizing the value of ShipBob’s platform. I collaborate closely with merchants to optimize their operations, troubleshoot issues, and guide them through best practices for growth and efficiency.Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for merchants, offering guidance and solutions to improve their fulfillment experience- Proactively monitor merchant performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and work with the team to implement strategies- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues related to inventory management, order processing, and shipping- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with merchants, ensuring high satisfaction and retention- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as Operations and Product) to escalate and resolve client concerns- Educate merchants on the best practices for using ShipBob’s services, helping them scale their business operations.
