Conduct first article and operational inspections (FAIs) to verify machine setups and compliance with industry standards. Perform final inspections, verify CMM reports with GD & T, and develop inspection plans (ITP), and Certificates of Conformance. Ensure material compliance (MTCs) per AS9100 and collaborate with vendors to meet QMS requirements. Prepare NCRs, participate in corrective actions, and lead root cause investigations, improving product quality. Maintain GMP and CGP compliance while managing calibration records and tool calibration. Handling inspection tools like vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauge, thread ring/plug gauges, bore gauges, optical comparator and surface profilometer. Bubble technical drawings and release approved prints for production across automotive, medical, defense, aerospace, and other sectors. Utilize statistical methods and CMM to enhance inspection accuracy and quality control.
