Discovery Silver Corp\'s flagship project is the Cordero property in Chihuahua, Mexico. Cordero project is a primary silver resource, with significant lead and zinc mineralization. I joined the project in June 2021 to assist with managing the Preliminary Economic Assessment study. I became a full-time employee and part of the management team in November 2021. With the completion of the positive PEA, the company proceeded with a front end loaded Pre-Feasibility Study in 2022, which I managed directly, and we have since finalized the Feasibility Study that was under my leadership as well. Pending receipt of permits, I will lead an owners team in the design/build/start-up of this cornerstone project for the company.Also, in early 2025 we acquired the Porcupine operation from Newmont which transformed the company into an intermediate producer. The company’s market cap increased by nearly 20x in the span of 2025 alone. Having been a key member of due diligence team, and now overseeing the major growth projects, I am proud to have been part of this tremendous growth.

I am an experienced and well rounded project development professional with 20+ years of wide-ranging track record in the mining and metals industry. My specialty are in the areas of Project Development, Project Management and Engineering Management for capital projects at various stages of the development cycle from the earlier study phases (PEA, PFS, FS) through to final execution phases (EPCM, Start-up & Commissioning).Having worked for both the engineering firms (earlier in my career) and mining/owner companies directly (the past 15 years), and having executed work at both the office and field settings in various parts of the world, I feel I have the depth and skill set necessary to deliver results and value at the highest of levels.With progression of my career, I now find myself often involved with the business/financial side of the mining industry. I report and directly interact with C-suite executive management and Board of Director. The next natural step in my career will be to a SVP level for a mining or development stage resource company.
