I\'ve been a Regional Director for HelmsBriscoe since April 2003. I support meeting planners as they negotiate with and choose hotels for events and meetings of all sizes and types. My clients are associations, corporate and incentive groups, government groups, and not-for-profit organizations.I started in the meetings Industry while working for Sarcom Inc. where I was Vice President involved in the start-up of The Training and Conference Center at Polaris (now, Quest Business Centers). I earned my Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation in 2003. I have been active over the years in The Professional Convention Management Association\'s, POWER Chapter, and served on the Board of Directors and as our Chapter\'s Community Service Chair. I\'m also a long-time member and supporter of Experience Columbus (local CVB), and obtained my CTA in 2016. Other memberships held over the years include The Christian Meetings and Conventions Association (CMCA), The Ohio Chapter of Meeting Professionals International, and the Ohio Society of Association Executives.
