My leadership has resulted in significant outcomes, such as securing a significant contract for the University of Wollongong, delivering a 300% increase in organisational impact at Karakan Limited, and improving the financial viability of Life Without Barriers\' Disability and Mental Health Directorate. As the Director of Business Performance for Disability and Mental Health at Life Without Barriers, I led a comprehensive transformation of the operating model to align with the NDIS, leading to a directorate-wide restructure, the enhancement of policies and procedures, and substantial improvements in financial and operational performance. My strategic vision and leadership were pivotal in establishing the DMH National Business Performance Hub, which streamlined the key functions of client intake and engagement, workforce planning and rostering, and NDIS claiming processes.
