Global implementation of Ariba and integrations with between SAP and Ariba, Salesforce platforms, etc. • Commercial: Oversaw the strategic initiative to replace Veeva globally for the Aesthetics business with OCE CRM, providing 360 view of the customer on one salesforce Org with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Commerce Cloud for B2B eCommerce. Savings realization over 500K a year in reduced license fees. • Process Optimization: identified key areas to automate or integrate, which were prioritized as strategic projects that were reviewed and approved by Senior Staff, maintained on project portfolio roadmap. • Managed Services: Worked closely with AMS partners to support the SAP landscape, including enhancements
