ABOUT DIANE DECLÉTY

Graduated from ESADE Business School with a degree in Business Administration, I am currently the Marketing & Communication Manager at Gree Products Group, overseeing marketing and communication strategies in France, Spain, and Portugal. Over the past seven years, I have had the privilege to grow alongside the company, contributing to its development and reaching a turnover of €60M. My role has allowed me to adapt to the challenges of a fast-growing organization, develop strategic campaigns, and foster collaboration among teams. Joining the executive committee has been a humbling experience, and I value the trust placed in me to contribute to the company’s vision. Before this, I co-founded a company, which gave me hands-on experience in developing business opportunities, managing budgets. This background, combined with my trilingual abilities (English, Spanish, and French), has equipped me to navigate multicultural environments and tackle new challenges. I am passionate about learning and growing, both professionally and personally, and I am always open to new opportunities to contribute and make an impact.
