After almost 30 years in recruitment, I’ve recently made a big career change and joined City & Guilds in a Quality, Risk and Compliance role.Recruitment taught me so much about people, processes, and doing things the right way and those skills have transferred perfectly into my new chapter. I’ve always taken pride in being thorough, organised, and dependable, and I love that this role allows me to use those strengths in a different way.It’s been a refreshing move, learning new systems and standards while still working with great people and supporting a respected organisation. I’m really enjoying the challenge, the structure, and the chance to keep growing both personally and professionally.
