ABOUT DIANE A. MCKAY
As a Clinical Supervisor, I work with a team of student clinicians, licensed providers, and paraprofessionals to provide Behavioral Health/Psychological services to individuals, groups, couples, and families. As a Program Director, I design programs for evaluation and treatment in accordance with current evidence-based research and Good Clinical Practices to meet the needs of our service area and treatment populations to ensure they achieve their goals for overall health and well-being. Using the principles of psychology, I also work with organizations to create a healthy, productive, and successful workplace. Services include individualized leadership development programs, executive coaching, workshops for developing high-functioning teams, and employment selection/promotion evaluations. I also work with companies to evaluate their internal needs, as well as benefits and wellness programs, including EAP services to create the most cost efficient programs for their employees to achieve success in their personal and professional lives.Independent Personal and Life Coaching services are provided in accordance with the ICF Guidelines.
