In this role, I provided remote support within a 24/7 suicide and crisis call center, primarily responding to 988 crisis calls. I collaborated with callers to develop and implement safety plans aiming to reduce risk of harm to self or others, including both short-term stabilization and longer-term support strategies. Within the role, I maintained accurate and timely documentation in Avatar systems in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. I collaborated with mental health professionals, emergency services, and law enforcement to coordinate appropriate interventions and connect callers with community resources. Additionally, I participated in ongoing training, supervision, and team meetings to ensure the delivery of high-quality, compassionate, and effective care.
