ABOUT DIANA MARCELA LIZARAZO PEREIRA

I\'m a spirited Social and Cultural Psychologist committed to fostering diversity, inclusion, and social justice. I believe in the relevance of integrating research, targeted interventions, and the use of technology to effect meaningful change in Society. My expansive toolbox encompasses event planning, project management, content design, and web development. Academic Focus: I hold a BA in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in the Psychology of Global Mobility, Diversity, and Inclusion from three prestigious European Universities. Additionally, I am a Certified Intercultural Trainer. Research: My research orbits around collective action and social emotions, all to further social justice. Project management: I have spearheaded project proposals locally and across Europe in three years, focusing on Diversity and Inclusion and mental health. My proactive approach secured funding from the European Commission for two groundbreaking projects. One of my proud achievements includes co-founding and leading the Alumni Association of my Master’s program. Communication & Collaboration: My multilingual abilities (English, Spanish, Portuguese, Norwegian) enhance my communication skills and enable me to collaborate effectively with international teams. I am adept at conveying ideas clearly and building consensus among stakeholders.Community Engagement & Networking: My ability to forge meaningful connections is evident in my adeptness at building networks and engaging communities. I am experienced in creating spaces that foster dialogue and understanding among diverse groups, and I bring enthusiasm and a genuine interest in people to every interaction.My multifaceted skill set makes me agile and adaptive. I am eager to leverage my experience to take on challenges that require ingenuity, teamwork and an interdisciplinary approach. I am excited to contribute to a dynamic team that values innovation, community, and impact.
