Currently serves as HR Partner within Ryder\'s Consumer Packaged Goods division supporting a staff of 200+ associates. Manages staffing, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness. Duties consist of, but are not limited to-Managing HR operations within two high-volume distribution centers-Advising Site Directors of Federal, State, and internal employment laws-Collaborating with division leaders regarding training and onboarding for newly acquired business-Spearheading Employee Engagement initiatives for internal ERG-Training newly hired leaders on internal HR policies and regulations
