Document all employee inquiries & issues Workday & other contact center case management applications.• Conducts fair, neutral, & timely investigations of employee complaints & employee relations issues in accordance with company policies & procedures under the guidance of the employee relations team.• Partners with managers & HRBPs to provide support to employee conflict resolution.• Partners with location management team to implement the local human capital strategy (i.e. retention initiatives, etc.).• Develops plan for employee recognition to assist with matters of employee satisfaction, retention & the building of company morale.
