Diana Sands has over 30 years of business experience across multiple industries and disciplines including six years in the C-suite. She currently serves on the boards of AngloGold Ashanti, Vmo Aircraft Leasing and NextDecade. She previously served on the boards of PDC Energy, Inc. and SP Plus Corporation, both public companies until they were acquired in value-enhancing transactions.
