Recruit Professionals for Financial, IT, and Managerial roles within the oil and gas industry, technology, and health care companies • Place consultants in the following roles: Financial Analysts, Accounting Professionals, Auditors, Advisory Services, Data Analysts, Sr. Project Mangers, Change Management, Developers, Business Analysts/Business System Analysts, SQA’s, Technical Application Specialists, Project Controllers, Project Coordinators, and Administrative professionals• Communicate with consultants regularly about the engagements. Assess consultants’ experience on their job placements, inquiring about their interests, skills and fit for potential projects.• Identify potential openings for consultants and ensure seamless transition to new roles as the current engagement is nearing completion.• Perform full life cycle recruiting including sourcing candidates, conducting pre-screen calls, managing interviewing process, salary negotiations, and on-boarding process • Source candidates via job boards, using search engines, and network with referrals• Screen candidates to evaluate technical skills and conduct skills validation • Negotiate salaries with candidates and close candidates to offer acceptance• Manage requisitions through internal applicant tracking system and Excel.• Maintain relationships with hiring managers, managed service provides, and client relations specialists.• Mentor and train recruiters
