Managed $49M Project centered around a cost-saving initiative helping Target transition from high-cost Fluorescent lighting to LED. Work with several outsourced vendors to ensure scheduled installation/commissioning deadlines are being met. Meet weekly with Engineering on specific site related issues to find the best solution. Create store level communication guides for Property Management Leaders. Additional projects include Wall Wash retrofits, BOB (Black Owned Business) opportunities, and creating Pilot program for 100% All LED initiative. Create surveys for store leaders (PMLs) to gather specialty lighting information. Maintain and monitor master tracking schedule via Smart Sheet for store audits, mobilizations, commissioning and completion. Facilitate weekly meetings to discuss program status, budget issues and open purchase orders. Run weekly Open and Actual reports via SAP. Managed $49M Budget for the 2022 and 2023 LED retrofit programs. Managed $16M Budget for 2023/2024 Garage and Parking Lot programs. Update/Create processes and procedures as necessary.
