Responsibilities Manage and ensure operation of Account Receivables Managing the Account Receivables and Treasury team to motivate, support, train and coach Closely monitoring of the Customer’s AR balances, due balance, allowance for doubtful accounts, DSO and establish strategies to improve such indicators Support in complex Collection/Negotiation processes to obtain always win-to-win deals with customers Responsible of the local Credit Committee in order to define Customer Credit Limits and take decisions in order to have healthy accounts receivables. Maintain and Guarantee compliance environment related with Corporate Policies and Procedures within the area Monitoring of daily cash flow to ensure the correct cash management Monitor the efficiency of Working Capital Achievements y- Implement strategies in receivables to decrease the balance in $388Mio in one year, in August 2016 $1203Mio and at the end of 2017 $815Mio - Implement strategies in receivables to maintain the balance during the year 2018, at the end of this year the total balance:$810Mio (including VAT), total sales of the year:$1,959.70Mio (not including VAT). In relation to the percentage of 20•••45% of the total annual sales, 40.0% in 2016 and 37.1% at the end of 2018.(Balance with the calculation without bad debt)- Implement strategies in receivables to maintain the balance in $855Mio at the end of 2019- Implement strategies in receivables to maintain the balance during the year 2020, at the end of this year the total balance:$1200Mio (including VAT), total sales of the year:$3170Mio and total collections $2910Mio, making negotiation with customers and implementing strategies in order to maintain a healthy balance.
