CLEVELAND MUSEUM OF ART Early in my career, I honed my creative and business skill, curating merchandise based on CMA\'s permanent collection and special exhibits. It\'s safe to say I turned an ordinary museum store visit into an extraordinary adventure. ROCK & ROLL HALL OF FAME At the legendary Rock & Roll Hall of Fame & Museum, my love of merchandise and art created a one-of-a-kind retail experience while providing the opportunity to do exciting and gratifying work. I transformed a disengaged team into a profitable sales machine. I rolled out unforgettable book signing events, specialty pop-up shops, and national co-branded Rock Hall Inductee licensing programs—all while developing exceptional bespoke merchandise. CLEVELAND BOTANICAL GARDENS My retail journey didn\'t stop there. I also explored the breathtaking and vibrant gardens and forests of the Holden Arboretum & Cleveland Botanical Gardens. This inspired me creatively and I introduced branded merchandise inspired by each property. Working directly with the retail management team, I innovated their merchandising and sales culture while creating whimsical displays and a floor plan that merged art, botany, and a dash of color and magic.
