ABOUT ASOKĀ ISABELLA
and then came the day I left all the commitments, engagements and achievements to join a reputed Buddhist sangha. I re-wrote a story, removed belongings, and homeless, as an ancient yogi and saddhu, I re-crafted a life from the ashes of death of my only daughter. I decided the path forward is the path of the Dhamma. I used to thrive as licensed Mindful Yoga Therapist & Coach (yoga, meditation, life coaching, Usui & Karuna Reiki Senior Master Teacher) studio founder and sole proprietor. That passion stemmed from the ashes of 15 yrs as humanitarian and senior adviser at the UN. Until this day, any work I do based on my life experience across Asia, Africa, the Pacific, the Caribbean, and Arab Countries has fostered my ability to thrive in a multi-culture environment.
